Where are your products from?
We are the sole UK distributor of medical alert seat belt covers created by Natalie Bell of Australia. You can read Natalie's story here:
Can I buy these from Australia?
You can buy them from Natalie's website but they will cost far more as the postage costs will be higher and you will have to wait at least 2 weeks for the product to arrive. Being able to buy from our store is far more convenient and cheaper as well.
Why do you only offer 1st class recorded delivery on your products?
We know that Royal mail has been struggling with getting post to people on time and many items have gone missing. We want to ensure that your item is tracked and insured and far less likely to go missing. We also provide you with the tracking number for peace of mind.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently we don't ship outside the UK. However, we are considering shipping to the EU.
What if I have a question, are you available to talk to me?
We take customer services very seriously at belt alert, that's one of the reasons we have an actual phone number and an email address. You can rest assured that all enquiries will be answered in a prompt and professional manner.
Do you offer customised medical alert seat belt covers?
At the moment we only offer those that are on our product page. However if you have a suggestion or would like one specially made for you, please contact us and we can let you know what we can do for you.
